What is Anima?
Anima seamlessly and confidentially integrates with your medical record bringing improvements to how you access care and appointments and how our staff assess your condition. While you are still able to call the surgery, the online triage form through Anima will ask you the same questions, streamlining the process. This is another option for our patients to use to contact us about a medical problem, admin request or ask a simple question.
Submit an Anima
The best way to request an appointment with a GP or another member of our healthcare team is by using Anima online. You can also use Anima for other requests such as for repeat prescriptions or sick-notes.
You can usually submit an Anima request from 8am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Submitting a request earlier in the day helps us to determine the best course of action to meet your needs.
- To submit an Anima request, please contact us online and follow the instructions
- Once we receive your Anima request, we will consider your needs carefully and will get back to you – usually on the same day. If you submit an Anima request after 12.30pm, we may not be able to respond until the following day.
If you are unable to use Anima please call us on 023 8033 3778 (St Mary's), 023 8055 4161 (Mulberry), 02380 706919 (Victor Street). Our receptionists will complete your Anima with you over the phone. We prioritise those without a smart phone or computer, the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable.
